John Suh is CEO of LegalZoom, whose mission is to be the first place small businesses and families turn to take care of common legal needs.
The team focuses intensely on the customer experience, utilizing technology and a network of law firms to create innovative and affordable legal solutions that encompass everything from incorporating a business to getting a provisional patent to obtaining a last will.
Over the last 12 years, LegalZoom has grown to become the most recognized legal brand in the United States, with over two million customers and more than 500 employees.
John is a serial entrepreneur with almost two decades of experience in the Internet. Prior to LegalZoom, he served as CEO of StudioDirect, the Internet division of publicly traded Li and Fung. Previously, as co-founder and CEO of Castling Group, he took a leading role in helping offline companies create their Internet divisions, launching category leaders such as jcrew.com, hifi.com, and giftcertificates.com. Mr. Suh received a B.A. in Organizational Behavior and Public Policy from Harvard College and received his MBA with high distinction at Harvard Business School, graduating as a George F. Baker Scholar.
